use of all applications, websites, and services ("Services") developed and provided by FitCoder. By
downloading, installing, or using any FitCoder app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do
not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.
These Terms apply to
all FitCoder apps — including InterQue, ResuMaker, Gym Mate, Budget Tracker,
Sunderkand, Aarti Sangrah, and Chalisa Sangrah — as well as any future apps or services
published by FitCoder.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any FitCoder application or service, you confirm that:
- You are at least 13 years of age, or you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have
the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Our Apps & Services
FitCoder currently offers the following applications. Each is subject to these Terms in addition to
any app-specific terms noted below:
Interview prep, quizzes, resume builder, AI cover letter builder.
Professional resume and cover letter builder.
Workout routines, BMI, calorie, and fitness tools.
Personal daily expense and income diary.
Offline devotional music player with lyrics.
FitCoder reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any app or feature at any time, with
or without notice, and without liability to you.
3. App-Specific Terms of Use
While the general Terms apply to all apps, certain features carry additional conditions outlined
below:
- Interview Questions & Quizzes: Content is provided for educational and
personal career preparation purposes only. Questions and answers are curated to the best of
our ability but may not reflect the exact requirements of any specific employer,
organization, or examination body. FitCoder does not guarantee job placement or interview
success.
- Resume Builder: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and
completeness of the information you enter. FitCoder does not review, validate, or store your
resume data. The final document is your own responsibility.
- Cover Letter Builder (AI): This feature uses Google Gemini AI to generate
cover letter content based on your inputs. The output is AI-generated and may not always be
accurate, complete, or suitable for all use cases. You are responsible for reviewing,
editing, and taking full ownership of any AI-generated content before use. FitCoder is not
liable for outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated cover letters.
- ResuMaker provides tools to help you create professional resumes and cover letters. All
content is user-generated and stored only on your device.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, honesty, and legality of the
information included in documents you create using ResuMaker.
- FitCoder does not review, store, or take responsibility for the content of documents created
through the app.
- Workout routines, fitness plans, BMI calculations, and calorie estimates provided in Gym
Mate are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute
professional medical or fitness advice.
- Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or certified fitness professional before
beginning any new exercise or diet program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical
condition.
- FitCoder is not liable for any injury, health issue, or adverse outcome resulting from
following content or recommendations within Gym Mate.
- BMI and calorie figures are estimates only and may not reflect your individual health
status.
- Budget Tracker is a personal diary tool designed to help you log and manage your daily
income and expenses. It does not provide financial advice, investment guidance, or tax
consultancy of any kind.
- All data you enter is stored locally on your device. FitCoder does not have access
to your financial records.
- You are solely responsible for the security of your device and the financial data stored on
it.
- FitCoder is not liable for any financial decisions made based on the use of this app.
Sunderkand / Aarti Sangrah / Chalisa Sangrah
- These apps provide offline audio playback and lyrics display for devotional content
including Sunderkand, Aarti, and Chalisa.
- FitCoder does not own, claim, or hold any intellectual property rights over
the music, audio recordings, compositions, or textual content featured in these
applications.
- All content is provided for personal, non-commercial devotional use only. Redistribution,
reproduction, or commercial use of any content from these apps is strictly prohibited.
- If you are a rights holder and believe content has been included without proper
authorization, please contact us at fitcoder1@gmail.com. We will review and address
the matter promptly.
4. User Responsibilities
By using any FitCoder app, you agree to:
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national,
and international laws and regulations.
- Not misuse, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any FitCoder
application.
- Not use our Services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality of our
apps or infrastructure.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services, servers, or connected
systems.
- Take full responsibility for any content you create, generate, or export using our apps.
- Not use AI-generated content from our apps (e.g., cover letters) in a misleading, fraudulent, or
deceptive manner.
5. Intellectual Property
All FitCoder apps, their design, code, branding, logos, interface elements, and original content are
the intellectual property of FitCoder and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual
property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any FitCoder
app or its components without our prior written consent.
- The FitCoder name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of FitCoder. You may not use them
without our explicit written permission.
- Content you create using our apps (e.g., your resume, your budget entries) remains your own.
FitCoder claims no ownership over user-generated content.
Devotional content
note: FitCoder does not own or claim intellectual property rights over audio or
textual content in Sunderkand, Aarti Sangrah, or Chalisa Sangrah. Those rights remain with their
respective owners.
6. Third-Party Services & Links
Our apps may utilize or link to third-party services, including:

services. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer AI
Certain features in our apps (specifically the Cover Letter Builder in InterQue) use artificial
intelligence to generate content. Please be aware of the following:
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for all
situations. FitCoder does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness
of any AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for reviewing and taking ownership of any
content generated by AI before using it.
- Do not submit false, misleading, or unlawful content as input to any AI feature.
- Do not use AI-generated cover letters or content to misrepresent yourself in a fraudulent
manner.
- FitCoder is not liable for any consequences — including employment, legal, or reputational
outcomes — arising from the use of AI-generated content from our apps.
8. Health & Fitness Disclaimer
The workout routines, BMI calculators, calorie tools, and fitness content in Gym
Mate are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They are
not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Always seek the advice of a qualified physician, nutritionist, or certified fitness professional
before starting any exercise or diet program.
- Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or
calculated in our app.
- FitCoder is not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome resulting from
following content in Gym Mate.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our apps and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without
warranties of any kind — express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitCoder
disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Warranties that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful
components.
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content within our apps.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FitCoder and its developers, contributors, and
affiliates shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profit, or loss of goodwill.

- Outcomes resulting from AI-generated content, fitness recommendations, or financial tool outputs

FitCoder has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FitCoder and its developers, contributors, and
affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India,
without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it
enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms
