Transparency matters. Here's how we protect your data across all FitCoder apps.

Your privacy is very important to us at FitCoder. We appreciate that you trust us when you use our apps and services. This Privacy Policy applies to all products and applications developed and published by FitCoder, and explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Our core principle: We collect only what is necessary, store as little as possible, and never sell your personal data to anyone — ever.

1. Apps Covered by This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all applications currently published by FitCoder, including but not limited to:

InterQue

Interview questions, profession-based quizzes, resume builder, and AI-powered cover letter builder.

ResuMaker

Resume builder and cover letter builder with clean templates and export options.

Gym Mate

Workout routines, BMI calculator, calorie calculator, and fitness content.

Budget Tracker

Personal finance diary for logging daily income and expenses.

Sunderkand / Aarti Sangrah / Chalisa Sangrah

Offline devotional music player with lyrics for Sunderkand, Aarti, and Chalisa collections.

2. Information We Collect — Per App

The type of information we interact with varies by app and feature. Below is a clear breakdown for each application:

InterQue

  • Interview Questions & Quizzes: We may collect anonymized data such as your selected profession or subject to personalize and improve content quality. This data is not linked to your identity in any way.
  • Resume Builder: All data you enter — including your name, contact details, education, work experience, and skills — is processed entirely on your device. FitCoder does not transmit, collect, or store any of this data on our servers at any point.
  • Cover Letter Builder (AI-powered): Your inputs are sent to Google Gemini AI to generate your cover letter. FitCoder does not store this data on our servers. However, data transmitted to Gemini is subject to Google's own data policies — see Section 6 for details.

ResuMaker

  • Resume Builder: All personal details you provide (name, address, employment history, skills, etc.) are used solely to generate your resume locally on your device. We do not store, upload, or have access to this data at any point.
  • Cover Letter Builder: Same principle applies — all data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Gym Mate

  • BMI & Calorie Calculators: Values you enter (height, weight, age, activity level, etc.) are used only for on-device calculation. This data is not sent to or stored on our servers.
  • Workout Routines: No personal data is required to browse or follow any workout content in the app.
  • We may collect anonymized, aggregated usage analytics (e.g., most-viewed workout categories) to improve content quality and the app experience.

Budget Tracker

  • All income and expense entries you log are stored locally on your device only. Your financial diary data is never uploaded to FitCoder's servers.
  • We do not have access to your financial records at any time.
  • If cloud backup functionality is introduced in future versions, we will update this policy and provide clear, explicit notice to users before enabling any such feature.

Sunderkand / Aarti Sangrah / Chalisa Sangrah

  • These apps function as offline devotional music and lyrics players. No personal data is collected or required to use them.
  • FitCoder does not own the rights to any music, audio recordings, compositions, or lyrics featured in these apps. Content is provided for personal devotional and educational use only.
  • We make no claim of ownership over any audio or textual content included in these applications.
  • We may collect anonymized analytics (e.g., most-played tracks) in aggregate to improve the app experience. No personal identity is associated with this data.

3. How We Use Information

Any information we collect is used strictly for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and improve the functionality of our apps.
  • To personalize content where applicable (e.g., profession-specific questions in InterQue).
  • To analyze anonymized, aggregated usage patterns for product improvement.
  • To respond to your queries or support requests when you contact us directly.

We do not use your information for advertising, targeted marketing, user profiling, or any form of automated decision-making that affects you.

4. Data We Do Not Collect or Store

To be absolutely clear, across all FitCoder apps, we do not:

  • Store your resume or cover letter content on our servers.
  • Store your financial diary entries or budget records on our servers.
  • Store your fitness or health metrics (BMI, weight, calorie data) on our servers.
  • Sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information with any third party for commercial purposes.
  • Track your physical location.
  • Access your device contacts, camera, or microphone — unless explicitly required and clearly disclosed for a specific feature.

5. Third-Party Services

Some FitCoder apps integrate with third-party services to deliver their functionality. These services operate under their own independent privacy policies:

  • Google Gemini AI — Used in InterQue's Cover Letter Builder for AI-powered content generation. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Firebase (Analytics / Hosting) — Used for app hosting and anonymized usage analytics across select apps. Subject to Firebase's Privacy Policy.

We do not integrate with advertising networks, data brokers, or any third-party service whose primary purpose is monetizing your personal data.

6. Google Gemini AI — Important Disclosure AI

The Cover Letter Builder in InterQue uses the Google Gemini API to process your inputs and generate a personalized cover letter. Please note the following:

FitCoder does not store your data on our servers during this process. However, data submitted to the Gemini API is processed by Google and is subject to their data handling, retention, and usage practices. FitCoder has no control over, and accepts no liability for, how Google processes data sent through the Gemini API.

We recommend the following when using the Cover Letter Builder:

  • Review Google's Privacy Policy and the Gemini API terms before use.
  • Avoid including highly sensitive personal information such as national ID numbers, financial details, passwords, or banking information in your inputs.

7. Music & Content Rights Disclaimer

The devotional applications — Sunderkand, Aarti Sangrah, and Chalisa Sangrah — include audio recordings and lyrical content presented for religious and devotional purposes. Please note:

  • FitCoder does not claim ownership of any music, audio recordings, compositions, or lyrics featured in these applications.
  • All audio and textual content is provided for personal, non-commercial devotional use only.
  • If you are a rights holder and believe your content has been included without proper authorization, please contact us immediately at fitcoder1@gmail.com. We will review and address your concern promptly.

8. Cookies & Local Storage

Some of our apps and associated web interfaces may use browser local storage or cookies to remember your preferences — such as your selected theme, chosen profession, or last-viewed section. This data is stored solely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

9. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through any of our apps, please contact us at fitcoder1@gmail.com and we will take immediate steps to delete such information.

10. Security

We take the security of your information seriously. Because the vast majority of sensitive data in our apps — including resume content, financial diary entries, and fitness metrics — never leaves your device through our systems, the risk of a server-side data breach involving your personal information is significantly minimized. For any data that does interact with our infrastructure, we apply appropriate technical and organizational security measures.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or opt out of data collection. Since we store minimal personal data, many of these rights may not be applicable in practice, but we are happy to assist with any inquiry.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our apps, features, or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
